Move some stuffs to Contribution section
通过的例子：言归正传，Draft PL老三样的大概的顺序结构是这样：
- Review (1-2 Page)
- Original Contribution (14 Page, 很长，但是不succint）
- Publications (0.5 Page, 是的你没看错）
关于Original Contribution, 其中我发现油灯图，journal ranking, citation reports, 以及 citing journals等publications相关的东西都被我的律师归到了original contribution里面。我大概可以猜测因为contribution最容易被质疑，所以律师才把这些东西放在这里以加强这一点 （8 page）。同时后面加了三个具体子项目的全部描述（6 page, 类似于堆砌，加上一些notable citations，所以观感非常一般），所以才会长达14页。
Publication放在了最后面，大概就三段话随便说了说（可能是因为contribution里面已经被IO看了一遍了）。然而这只有0.5页，
